The secound day in Job Shadowing
Today I went to the office at 8.00am and I met the manager, and I sat with him. He had a problem with the customer, the customer makes order for one Machine and he paid 50% before, then he receive the machine and after he received the machine he have to pay the next 50% but he didn’t pay, and the manager was anger . I learned how to dealing with customer.
